The Deli

The deli at Ainsty Farm Shop sells a large range of Yorkshire and British cheeses to suit all palettes, along with a choice of cooked and cured meats, pies, pâtés and smoked fish.

There is an assortment of cheeses from Wensleydale Creameries, including Kit Calvert, Blue Wensleydale, and the Wensleydale cheeses with added apricot or cranberry. There are also goats and ewes cheeses available, along with Blue Stilton, Somerset Brie and Village Oak mature cheddar.

The pies come from the award winning Voakes Pies at Whixley. 1lb pork pies and individual pork, steak and chicken pies and Cornish pasties are always available but pork and black pudding pies can be made to order.  At Christmas, pork pies topped with chicken and either cranberry or apricot are available to order in 1lb, 2lb or 3lb sizes. These sizes are also available as a plain pork pie.

Also presented are a selection of locally smoked fish, ranging from salmon to kippers and cured meats such as Serrano ham and salami.  There are also olives, sun dried tomatoes, pates and an array of dressings offered.
